Details:
To confirm rental and hold dates for you we require a signed Rental Agreement and deposit. Balance of rent and a fully refundable Security/Damage deposit 60
days prior to arrival.
12.5 % SLO County Tax required for stays less than a month.
$125 cleaning fee.
Maximum stay two months.
