I stayed in this clean and lovely condo for two weeks in October of 2024. The condo is perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything I needed was there. It has a lovely patio area, nice appliances, towels, etc. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been returning to this lovely condo in Blacklake Nipomo since 2019 for our annual month-long golf trip.  Candyce and Art are the Owners of 1453 Golf Course Lane and they are the best Hosts that we've ever met.  The place is well appointed with ultra modern appliances and amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit has everything that any renter needs and then some.  It is always absolutely spotless when checking in.  The location is perfect for a quiet and peaceful extended vacation. It has a lovely view over the Blacklake Golf Course. Santa Maria is only about 18 minutes away where everything is available. Candyce & Art's condo is the place where we most look forward to returning every year.

Excellent  Golf  Condo

This property was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, well organized, well equipped and in a great location. Communication with the property owner was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the Nipomo area.

Over the past 10 years we have stayed at the condo on several occasions.  Each and every time we have found it to be enjoyable, clean, comfortable and very well maintained.

It is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

We enjoy the view of the golf course and it’s easy accessibility.

I sure do miss 1433. It was so clean, comfortable, relaxing, well maintained & especially important to me, it had everything I needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the peace & quiet this setting offered. The birds & bunnies were entertaining and the golf kept us busy. We hope to return in the future.

I stayed in this two bedroom condo with a friend in March 2021. It is updated and clean and close to the golf course and clubhouse. The area is conducive for walking. The owners are friendly and helpful. This was my second stay in this condo and I would definitely stay there again.

Love  This  Condo  

I’ve had the opportunity to stay in  the  two  bedroom,  one  bathroom  unit  twice. Once a few years ago and most recently in March of this year. Since my first visit the condo has been beautifully updated. It has a nice golf course view and is walking distance to the clubhouse. In addition, the owners are great (extremely nice, friendly, and helpful). There is  lots of information about the area for first time visitors. I can hardly wait for my next chance to visit.

My husband and I stayed in 1433 for an anniversary trip. The condo was very clean, well equipped and overall a lovely place to call home for the week! My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in condo 1433 Golf Course Lane, in Nipomo Ca. We were there for the month of February 2019. Art and Candyce have completely remolded the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.  The walk-in tile showers, the granite kitchen and bathroom counters, the golf course views from the living room, dining room and bedroom, the tile and new living room flooring were amazing.  I have to mention that the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.  It was a welcome surprise to see the clubhouse was a very short walk.  Art and Candyce were fantastic to have as owners.  They had a book of day trips outlined for you to use. We were able to make everyday an adventure.  I cannot wait to return.  I have absolutely no "cons" to say about this beautiful condo and their owners.  THANK YOU for letting us become snowbirds with you in California.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked. We had a beautiful view of the 9 fairway from our patio so convenient to golf. We only had to pick up the cart each day and head out. We met so many nice people and felt at home. Shopping was close by as well as incredible sunsets and seafood short drive away. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. We are looking forward to next year.

An absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable condo. There were numerous amenities we did not expect. All the fine touches made us feel right at home. The homeowners are very congenial and were available at all times if you needed anything, which we didn't because they supplied everything from bathroom necessities to spices (and the local morning paper). The property is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by trees and golf courses, close to the pool/spa, clubhouse, the Five Cities, beaches, restaurants, wineries, Melodramas, to mention a few. Candyce sent us coupons for different activities. We can truly highly recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent location for golf and pool and hot tub. Close to beautiful beaches, interesting restaurants and wineries. Beautiful hills. Close to San Luis Obispo, Solvang, and Santa Barbara. Candyce was fantastic to work with and great book with things to do.
